劇中一場哈姆雷為試探父亡真相的「戲中戲」，運用了演員立於屏風後面的影戲效果，雖非創新，但稱平實好看。另外，場上三台電視機，外加舞台後方、黑紗幕之後以軌道活動、代表哈姆雷父王冤魂的電視螢幕，不難窺見導演或舞台設計貫徹過影像與場上演員真人演出進行對比參照的用心。
