A graduation production of the 5th graduating class and part of the school's second "Hwa Kang Arts Festival," the play made 6 performances. It involved more than 60 actors, who performed on constructed platforms extending from the proscenium stage and successfully created war atmosphere. The leading actor Jiang Charng-wen's vivid portrayal of the melancholic protagonist was generally acclaimed. Jiang later became a famous star in television drama.
